Join this 6-hour, instructor-led, virtual course.

Part One: Theory and Process

The first half of the course delves into the theoretical aspects of incident investigation, guiding participants through the various steps of the investigative process with the support of an instructor.

Part Two: Root Cause Analysis

The second half focuses extensively on root cause analysis. Successful incident investigations hinge on identifying the fundamental source of the incident: the Root Cause.

This engaging course offers participants practical, hands-on guidance to refine their capabilities in conducting effective incident investigations and identifying root causes. Attendees will have the chance to analyze their own, site-specific incidents to uncover root causes, or, if preferred, your CCSA Consultant can present incident scenarios for use during the course. By the conclusion of the course, you will gain a fresh perspective on incidents and acquire essential knowledge and skills to enhance workplace safety, regardless of your role in the investigation process.
